Her vinyasa flows intertwine a dynamic and fiery postural practice with deep inner work, exploring what it means to inhabit oneself on the mat and beyond. Students can expect a thoughtfully-sequenced practice that is playful, joyful, empowering, and constantly evolving. There will be challenges, choices, and encouragement for cultivating a positive and inquisitive relationship with self.
In addition to vinyasa classes, she teaches guided meditation, restorative, and yin, quieter practices that cultivate awareness and self-discovery through inward attention in stillness. She also teaches self-myofascial release, a downregulating, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented modality that uses therapy balls for self-massage.
Jen is an intentional community-builder in her teaching. Creating containers to celebrate aliveness and connection to self and others is one of her greatest joys in life.
