
Gülşah helps people cultivate self-awareness and reconnect with their potential through mindful movement, yoga, meditation, and intentional living. With a background in biology and over 700 hours of training in various yoga lineages—including hatha, vinyasa, yin, Katonah Yoga®, yoga nidra, and sound healing— her guiding blends science with ancient wisdom to support overall well-being.
Born and raised in Turkey— based in New York City since 2014, her love of teaching and travel has given her the opportunity to offer classes around the world—including in Miami, Los Angeles, and Jamaica, where she teaches as a visiting instructor each year. As a certified integrative health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the State University of New York, she specializes in stress management, hormone health, and gut health.
Her coaching sessions are grounded in deep listening, compassion, and care—creating a space for people to return to themselves with strength, clarity, and grace. Her classes will leave you feeling grounded, lighter, and at ease.
