Brittany Simone Anderson

Brittany Simone is a true multi-hyphenate. She is a wellness educator, speaker, and mentor specializing in breathwork, yoga therapy, and sound therapy. Brittany is also the DEI program manager at Prema Yoga Institute and a podcast host. Brittany believes that well-being is our birth right, and as such, it is our responsibility to take an active role in our own wellness. Through these practices, we align the different parts of our being and return to our innate wholeness; mind, body and soul.

Brittany Simone is the co-creator of The Werk Podcast, a safe space to support the decolonization of wellness and spiritual spaces.

She leads movement, sound meditations, and breath experiences. She studied sound at Woom Center, since 2016 with her mentors Elian Zach and David Shemesh. She has also studied with Alexandre Tannous, Mitch Nur, Daniel Ryan and Jarrod Byrne. She is currently studying sound therapy with Jessica Caplan. Brittany has been working with the breath since 2014 and uses both the breath and sound to elevate the meditative experience. Brittany facilitates cacao ceremonies in group and private settings and has been working with the plant since 2015.
